Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If 48 hours’ notice is not provided for cancellation, 50% of the service cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. If there is a no-show and no prior notification before the webinar, there will be no refund and the booking cannot be transferred or carried forward to another webinar. Multi-Session Courses: For any course that includes multiple sessions, refund requests must be made within the first 14 days of enrollment. If a cancellation request is received after 14 days of enrollment, the course will be considered non-refundable. We understand that unexpected situations can arise. In exceptional circumstances, cancellation terms may be reviewed at our discretion; however, such adjustments cannot be guaranteed for everyone.
